| After years of development shrouded in secrecy, Porsche Cars North America unveiled their interpretation of the SUV—Cayenne. The New York Group assisted with the nationwide launch by promoting the Cayenne as the first Porsche for the entire family. With demographics targeting females, the Cayenne is destined to increase Porsche’s overall share of the luxury automobile market. To date, sales of the Cayenne have exceeded expectations, maintaining low availability levels and promising profit margins. |

| When chosen to introduce a new Mercedes-Benz dealership to the Long Island market, The New York Group helped create a unique brand image strategy that accentuated three competitive advantages, namely: personalized service, affordability, and Sunday showroom hours. The New York Group also created a positioning slogan, “We make it happen,” to further differentiate from the competition. The year-long campaign culminated in a publicity event featuring the giveaway of a Mercedes-Benz automobile through Long Island’s WALK radio. |

| Lexus wanted to increase sales in the New York market, focus on building an experientially-based Web site, and promote the Lexus brand through cooperative events. The New York Group worked to bring these goals to fruition, all while decreasing the overall advertising costs per vehicle sold. The New York Group helped accomplish these tasks by focusing on customer retention, service satisfaction, and analysis of the different “touch points” each customer had with their dealer. Currently The New York Group is developing collateral, satisfaction surveys, and direct mail pieces for Lexus dealers nationwide. |
