Our clients know how their businesses work. Rather than treating them as accounts we serve, I believe that continuous communication and collaboration develops a partnership that helps both businesses achieve great success. So, what does it take to be successful partners in business? The answer to that question differs from person to person. However, I have experienced several important key ingredients that help establish and maintain a beneficial business relationship.

First, communication is the foundation of any relationship. I make it clear from the very beginning what can be done to develop the most effective work to promote your business. Furthermore, I take great lengths to fully understand the goals that clients wish to reach, including growth, staff development, customer relations, and more.

Secondly, consistency is of utmost importance. It is consistency that builds trust in a business relationship. I believe that clients deserve the highest degree of service and dedication that my company can provide. This includes, but is certainly not limited to: honesty, integrity, high quality of work, quick responsiveness, fair pricing, accountability for actions, sensible flexibility, goodwill, and respect.

Thirdly, accessibility is a necessary component for success. Because of deadlines, times of opportunity, and many other last minute aspects of doing business that are unavoidable, quick decisions have to be acted upon. And even though effective planning can lessen the burden that accessibility demands, lines of communication are a must. In response, I am always reachable to assist your business no matter what the need.

Fourth is understanding. Each business, even those in the same industry or field, has aspects that make it unique. From inventory management to employee personalities to customer profiles, I believe a strong understanding and “feel” for your business is critical to achieving lasting success.

Fifth is a promise. Top quality work is not a goal. It is the only acceptable result. I work diligently to fulfill the needs of each client. Furthermore, when your business has needs that I personally can not meet, with your permission I will find someone who can.

Sixth is listening. Listening involves more than being present and attentive. It involves an active and genuine regard for the person speaking. I feel all parties involved need to keep an open mind about the possibilities of doing business.

Seventh is keeping an accurate record. In order to manage projects and expenses effectively, I monitor and track all costs with a scrutinous eye. All advertising and marketing costs that clients receive are clearly documented and explained.

Eighth is time and punctuality. With deadlines, revisions, coordination with supplies and vendors, and the like, I strongly believe that time management is a top priority to produce successful, cost effective solutions.

Ninth is respect and humility. It is life itself that presents us with the challenge of growth. The process of self-awareness leads us to better understand our shortcomings. It is through respect for one another that a true collaborative relationship can prosper.

Tenth is top-notch marketing skill. There is no question in my mind that success in business is the result of people who can fuse both the “big picture” with sound business strategy. And, how that is accomplished is the process behind the relationship that I wish to establish with your business.
